Plate Supply Wire Routing

I am working on my first Dumble build and I am wondering about the preamp plate supply wire routing. Should they be high and tight under the board with the shielded cables running underneath or down low against the chassis with the shielded cables going over the top? I thought I could figure this out by staring at pictures of other peoples builds but I can't.
