What are these sockets?

Holes for 9 pins, but otherwise look like octal and are similar in size.

Plugs and sockets like that were made with various numbers of pins for connecting equipment. Hammond/Leslie used a 9-pin.

Oops I guess they don't have the space between the one and nine pin like a novar socket Does

Yeah, they were installed on the chassis of an old PA that I'm renovating. They were in the way and I had no use for them, so out they go. I guess there's very little eBay value on those, particularly since there doesn't seem to be a specific name for the part. It's a shame. They are actually pretty nice sockets. Thanks, Martin!

A good source of pins for the 8-pin variant made by the same manufacturer.
