Strange things heard at a garage sale.

Post by LeftyStrat »

Had a garage sale the other week. I had this powered speaker thing for iPods and such. Two twenty something guys come by and one of them wants to hook his iPod up. I was surprised when out of the speakers came some nice blues.

The other guy says "Why do you have jazz on your iPod?"

The first guy says, "That's not jazz, it's blues."

Second guy "What's the difference?"

First guy "Blues is jazz that sounds good."

Been really busy doing major de-clutter. Not much time for amp building lately.

Back to the topic (sort of) there's jazz that sounds awesome and jazz that sounds like Charles Ives (too cerebral).

Blues, on the other hand, always sounds awesome (as long as they don't play crazy notes in the turnaround).

Now, let's fight.
