As I understand it, the relationship bewteen the stages should remain fairly stable. I wouldn't get too hooked up on being dead on or little off.
Tubes, incoming power biasing etc all make a difference.

Resistors are 5%-10% generally
Caps are 5% - 20% generally
Tubes are easily 20%
And as mentioned incoming wall voltage and bias make a difference.
That should give you an idea.
