65 resissue twin - adding FX loop

Post by Tonegeek »

Anybody added an FX loop to this amp? I have done a few 70's Twins by repurposing the tremolo tube no problem. My concern is that having not seen the inside of one of these, that it will not be possible to modify the circuit board.

would love to see a gut shot of this amp if anyone has one.
thx

Check Schematic Heaven for a layout of the PCB. I've worked on a lot of the reissue Fenders, and I wouldn't even attempt to make major changes. VERY cheap PCBs and overall quality. The tone quality is pretty good, but cheap labor and cheap parts are worth exactly what they cost.

In the middle of buyig all new guts for one here so I can fix it.

Gimme a day for pics. Tomorrow is disassembly day.
