Hi there,
I'm just finishing the woodworking for my first build (see below) and am now looking for some covering for it. Specifically, I'm looking for a midnight or dark blue tolex/vinyl for it, but I'm struggling to find a UK supplier for anything other than "standard" Fender/Marshall finishes.
I know about this other thread but that's pretty US-specific.
Anyone point me to someone in the UK or Europe that will be able to help?
Cheers
Gareth

for non std fender/marshall materials try these guys
http://www.martrim.co.uk/catalogue/index.htm
the vinide is non stretch, and so may be best but you can use just about anything

+1 on www.tubetown.de for a wider range of different options.
They have incredibly fast delivery, good stocks and very many coverings because they make their own TT cabs in house.
The samples are great for getting it right in advance.

is a great guy, I drove up to Potters Bar when I did my head cab, and he sorted me out with all the parts and tolex - he is a really helpful guy.
For non standard Tolex, maybe contact him and see what he can get, or try Chris, chris@c-and-l.freeserve.co.uk
check his stuff out
