trem weak in KT66 Rocket
https://tubeamparchive.com/viewtopic.php?t=13172 I liked the circuit so much that I put it in my KT66 Rocket but the effect is not as strong as in the EL84 Rocket. Does anyone have any advice on what I would need to do to beef it up? I have an extra tube socket available if needed. Thanks for any help. War Eagle!

Kt66's are likely operating at a much more negative bias, so you need to increase the voltage swing of the oscillator to compensate. I would start at the two 220k resistors. The one from the plate to the coupling cap can be reduced and the plate load, the one from b+ to the plate, can be increased- 330k then maybe 470k. I'm assuming you're using a large b+ tap like the screen supply otherwise, you can increase the voltage, too.

Aiken has some info for tremolos http://www.aikenamps.com/PhaseShiftOscillators.html Might be something in there.

Thanks Jackie, I lowered the one from cap to plate to a 150k and from B+ to plate I used a 470k. It is stronger now. Thanks for the Aiken site info also. Whew! Watching Oregon play made me dizzy. Thanks again all
