Ah, that makes sense now. I think I wired all my toggles upside down
Yeah if you think about it from a logical point, the bat is a lever that has a pivot point that goes down when you lift it up and when it's 'up' the bottom two contacts per side are connected, when you push the bat down, the lever causes the inside to go up and connect the two top points.

Would it make sense to wire the DEEP to the middle of the DPDT ON-OFF-ON and have it working with the JAZZ as well?
There are a few amps with the switch wired to the middle lug.
Jazz setting with the Deep switch sounds nice.

Thanks for the advice Aaron. I was thinking of having my DEEP at the middle to be able to use it with the Jazz and your statement leaves me with no doubt about it!

Just to avoid misunderstandings:

Most transition generation ODS amps (classic stack, trigger pot OD entrance, ratio control) with a silver chassis I know first hand and/or heard of up to now have a Rock/Jazz (Guitar/Mic) toggle switch with an intentional PAB middle position. But most of these transition generation ODS amps with a silver chassis don't have an additional "manual/pedal" sliding switch for the PAB. You can see some examples here: http://thesubjectmatter.com/dumblearchive.html (#0075, #0077 and the silver transition generation ODS amp in the blue suede cabinet in the "blave" section). And here https://www.vintageandrare.com/product/ ... rettyPhoto is another example (Tom Verlaine ODS). There you'll see the "manual/pedal" switch for the overdrive (#0075: on the front; #0077, the silver/blue suede amp in the "blave" section and the Tom Verlaine ODS: on the back), but you'll see no "manual/pedal" switch for the PAB - nether on the back nor on the front.

There's (up to now) only one transition generation ODS with a silver chassis I know of with a Rock/PAB/Jazz 3-position toggle switch on the front and two (PAB and OD) manual/pedal sliding switches on the back: https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index ... l.1951379/

Cheers,

Max
