Hey Kage,
This might be a basic and dumb question, but are you sure you are getting a good ground and not too much/little AC from your mains?? Have you tried taking the amp somewhere else, say to a buddy's, and tried it there? Also, do you have any devices in use near that amp which may be injecting noise into your pickups? A bad instrument cable? What about trying other guitars?
Just some thoughts.
