There was an auction ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0206265441 ) ending Mar-11-08, "winning bid $700.00".
I guess the sale didn't happen.

so everytime I list somthing on ebay - if I ever reference that it is "like" somthing else - they remove my listing but this guy can list a "fender" "dumble" which its obviously neither and get away with it?

It's like this... locks keep honest people out. eBay's big ol' Bot scans for a short list of spammed trademarks and more or less arbitrarily boots yer ass, seriously I think actual human oversight has very little to do with it. With the volume of information they handle there's no way humans can screen it all even with the Bot tagging listings for review.

eBay will take notice of a particular listing or a particular seller if they hear complaints from other eBay members.
