uld never use acetone on anything but metal parts and even then, I only use it when there's a contaminant that's too much for alcohol to handle. The original question was alcohol and the ultrasonic, never acetone on electronic parts.
Cool. I've read of examples where people had used acetone to clean circuit boards, so, I apologize if I misunderstood.
