I'm done with tube amps and have returned to my Mike Matthew's battery powered Freedom amp

This is exactly why I like TV damper diodes. They can handle quite a bit of current and a LOT of voltage, are only available as NOS, and yet are dirt cheap! Yay for unpopular TV tubes!
