Depth mod/purple wire mode, need info

Yes my friend I can do that OR I think I got what Cameron was thinking: I can take the wire out of P47 post and move it straight to that one leg of VR9 so VR9 is a meeting/soldering point for P47 and one side of my mod pot. Then also take P48 wire out of the post and in the air connect it straight to other side of my mod pot. This way I bypassed the printed circuit OK I know some experienced people are laughing now but it took me almost an hour of thinking and drawing to figure it out

Ok I got the thing in, just played with it, interesting control but if i got it in series between all of the printed board stuff on the left and 4 Ohm tap on the right it feels better, so I think I will leave it here....
