major DC coming through Marshall cathode follower? help

well if anyone is out there still I just got the amp back. when I changed the pot I disconnected a ground. I never saw that and still can't see where the tech fixed it. I know the tech forever, nice guy, answers all my questions too.
He's fixed stuff for me before after I mess something up. any way I think some thought it was the ground, you were right. thanks for the time on this
