Tube radio conversion - Dorm amp

I would have attempted my input on pin 5 of the 12av6 which is designated 1st audio stage. Not sure if inputing into the rf circuit will work without a rework of things. The rec tube , output tube and audio tube are a perfect match for an older Wards airline amp I have sitting in the shop. It is 5 watts of pure cream. I can link that schematic if you'd like.
