I also use a Dremel and cut off wheel. It works. But it's not exactly the most fun thing to do.

Anyone ever use a router? I saw website where the guy used a router on an aluminum chassis.

Ha! I received a Dremel for Father's Day. I wasn't quite sure what it would be used for.

AFA a router, I've seen that website, too, and it looks very slick. Only for aluminum, though. Unless maybe you get your router bits from a Defense Department supplier.
