Re: Caps?
I just got a small order of mallory pvc601, 6122 and 622 caps from REM electronics supply in Ohio (www.remelectronics.com). Don't know if these are older Mallory's or newer CD production. The online cataloge calls them Mallory's. Shipping cost was pretty reasonable.

.001UF-600V- PVC621 X 2
.002UF-600V- PVC622 X 2
.022UF-600V- PVC6122 X 8
.047UF-600V- PVC6147 X 4
.1UF-600V- PVC601 X 4
that should get me goin on the two (easier to A/B stuff if you have 2 identical amps right) I am getting started and some extra values for experimentation

Yep good idea.. also remember, their are alot of things out today that was not around when Ken built these amps..so you may find something that sounds as good or better than the mallory caps.. its always fun to experiment.that should get me goin on the two (easier to A/B stuff if you have 2 identical amps right) I am getting started and some extra values for experimentation
