The late Mr. Fischer used to name each amp after a woman rather than using serial numbers. I guess when cloners take up the tradition we end up with names that were never on Ken's list.

Lieverpool, Express and Rocket are Ken Fischer designs built by Ken Fischer. Komets are Ken Fisher designs built by a couple good ol' boys in Louisiana. An Asteroid is a clone of a Komet.

Carol Ann isn't a Trainwreck.

I hope no one finds out about all the Dumble cloning goin' on. Although... that scene is kinda quiet at the moment. Not countin' white noise of course.

While we're playin' word games... didja know there's a Meteor?

Komet > Asteroid > Meteor. Except Meteor isn't a Trainwreck or a Komet. It is a tube amp, though.

Meteor is also the name of a Doug Hammond-designed solid state (stomp box) variant of the Express circuit.

Also, there are differences between named Wrecks of the same type. Not all Liverpool or Express amps are identical in parts and values.
