Convert 8-Pin to 9-Pin

I heard something recently about somebody making a converter that will allow a persont to, say, plug an EL84 into a 8-pin socket. I can't remember where I heard this. Was it here at the Ampgarage?

I have little/no knowledge about this. Can somebody clue me in? Anyone ever hear of 'em?

...Just thinking of trying to expand the El34-and-6V6 feature to an EL34-and-6V6-and-EL84 feature.
