studio stuff

I'm not a studio guy but I want to be so I collected some shit rack gear from local pawn shops and ordered others.

I recently attached four Strymon Effect pedals to a Gator 4 space empty rack panel and I like it. Been thinking about doing this for a while now.

Strymon pedals to me are studio quality in a small box so why not rack mount them.

I have that behringher tube pre, and from my experience, it's ass. I am thinking of g utting it and rebuilding a real one in it's cold dead corpse like so:

Look up the G9-pre, seems to be a great design, and I'm thinking of building one soon.

I looked at those DIY too.

I ordered everything to build a LA-2A optical compressor which is going together slowly mainly due to front panel design.
I want it pretty but not sure if I can do that. I have a nice meter I need to cut a precise hole for too.

You need to build a Neve clone. I don't know where you could get a worthwhile kit. Barks will have a link to Gus' Facebook too.
