Here is additional detail from CE Dist site. I think everything you need is in the drawings.

Looking at the drawing... they didn't dimension the part that needs to fit the 0.410" opening.

I used the old dial calipers and calculator to scale the tech drawing from the 0.52" measurement and they look like they are a perfect fit.

So these should work with this chassis:

Qty - 25 Zinc-Plated Steel
http://www.mcmaster.com/#90680A100 - 8-32 0.064"-0.105" 0.25" 0.52" 25 90680A100 $13.70
http://www.mcmaster.com/#90680A121 - 10-24 0.064"-0.105" 0.25" 0.52" 25 90680A121 $10.42
http://www.mcmaster.com/#90680A126 - 10-32 0.064"-0.105" 0.25" 0.52" 25 90680A126 $10.13

Qty - 5 Stainless

http://www.mcmaster.com/#90680A300 - 10-32 0.064"-0.105" 0.25" 0.52" 5 90680A300 $8.14

Good eye!!

I ordered the 10-32 Zinc Plated nuts...

They have a good selection. Bill Krinard turned me on to these a while back. Easier to work with and replace than PEM nuts. All of my new chassis designs will use a 10-24 version of the caged nuts.

Seriously, I placed the order for those cage nut like 5 minutes before my last post. The package arrived in the mail today... Like I ordered them from Jimmy Johns.

I think he got the .52" caged units, they look to fit the .41" hole exactly.
