anyone got a peice of vox grill cloth for my ODS?

Hi Guys,

Anyone got an off cut of Vox black cloth I can use with for my Bluesmaster build cab?

Prices for large sheets are v expensive and the old stuff is equally so.

Unfortunately, it seems like many others are in the same boat.
Is it just me or was this grill cloth readily available a year ago? Stock seems to have disappeared overnight.

Kong discontinued the cloth. That's why we can't get it anymore.

Pretty easy to see this coming.

For the past several years Korg has been going after builders that were violating their trade dress rights. Easy way to fix the problem, eliminate the material.

On the past few that I have done for customers, I made them supply the grill cloth.

The last place that I found that had any quantity was North Coast.

Thanks glasman and jcsifu, I can't believe I didn't think to look there!
I ordered some parts from them a couple years back for a 60's continental I was restoring.
Looks like I'll be getting some fancy diamond grill cloth.

When it makes your amp look like this VK, all reason goes out of the window for me. First you get to look at it, then you get to hear it. I just spent more on Vox today than I have ever spent and I DON'T CARE

My amps are in my living room, I like to feel happy when my eye rests on them. I have brown Vox on mine at the moment but I have never really liked it, so on Monday the black will arrive and be fitted. It will look a lot like that photo of the real McCoy.
There are no women in my living room, sadly.
That's why I am allowed amps there

There's a pretty girl and lots of pretty amps here...but the pretty girl gets jealous of the pretty amps so I try to keep them separated.

Those are some very pretty amps!
I thought I'd update that I finally caved and placed an order for a 44"x29" piece, which I'm hoping will be enough to cover my head and speaker cab.
Once it's delivered I'll try to get some pics to contribute to the collection.
