simple jtm 45 question

I'm thinking about running off a jtm45 chassis and cab. I see they are 17x6.5x2.5". Is that 17 with or without the flanges hanging out for mounting? I'm thinking roughly 1/2" for the flange.

Just feeling like doing things right.

If anyone has cab drawings or chassis drawings I'd appreciate it.

I believe they are 17” X 7” X 2.5” with ½” lip.

Thanks I checked weber and his are 17 with a .5" lip.
