My wife will be pissed if I croak and leave all these amps in the basement :)

My kids will get some more amps but the rest have to go. I have been busy converting a bunch of them to combo amps so I can unload them. :)

My mood  Sometimes I want nice deeper clean bass tones with reverb so I'll play the 2Rock John Mayer Signature reverb into 212 EVM12L's or the Rocket Octal Reverb into 212 Alnico Gold/Blue cab.

Other times I'm looking for higher gain so JCM800 is used. The EH Soul Food or Klon Klone works well through the clean amps also.

If I feel like country pickin then my cheap Squier Tele into the Dr Z Stangray into a 212 cab with Celestion Alnico gold/blue or Zwreck clone with 212 Celestion alnico blue/G12H.

When people come over we fire up at least 30 amps so they can figure out what type of circuit they actually prefer. The majority thought they were Fender guys until they hear the TW Rocket with EL84's (I build a lot using octal power too).

My problem was I built mostly heads, so I've been converting them to 1-12" combo's since that was the only complaint the customer had. Some combos are at the guitar shop with sales tag hanging on them, hopefully sell soon.

I prefer heads into 212 for gigging. What's the difference carrying in a head and 212 since I also have to lug in the whole PA system what's one more piece

I hear them saying "well now I can tell my friends I've visited the Fowler amp room I've heard so much about".

I guess now I can't knock facebook because I've had a bunch of locals join my amp page and word of mouth is a good way to get noticed. Plus I can help promote their bands with page likes and likes on their recordings. Before that I really didn't want to be on Facebook.

Well Mark I am jealous, not only because you get to build so many amps but also because you get to sell your well built amplifiers so a guitarist can actually buy a decent amp that will last. Wish I could do that over here!

Yeah it isn't warming up anytime soon around here but has been a really mild winter so far.

Going to San Diego soon to warm up and visit relatives for a week. :)
