It would likely be cheaper to sell this one and build/find another one. If you end up having to put a bigger PT, OT and more tubes, even if you have the room and willing to drill holes and cut metal, your layout is going to severely compromised. You might run into all sort of problems.

Look for a used Fender Super Twin, it's 180W with 6 6L6 to start with. Last I check on ebay, they are quite cheap compare to the regular SF Fenders.

A old Peavey Mace is a great starting point if you can turn one up for a combo build, or section it down to just a head as the whole amp with non Neomag type speakers weights a ton and a half!

If the iron is good, you probably won't get a better platform at such a bargain price. I think the perceived difference between 160W and 200W is almost nothing. You can compensate for the difference by the choice of speaker cab.

Buy a Twin or other four output tube amp.

Well it obviously isn't happening haha. I just wanted to see the feasibility of doing it. Thanks for the detailed and less detailed responses.
