Nice! I've had a few organs like this also. Just like you, I kept 'em around for a bit 'cause they sound rad as hell and are really nice. Yet, the inevitable always happens. Lots. Of. Parts. ...And tubes. This is what I did to a "Leslie" unit like what you have there, with the spinning foam dealio, and re-purposed a Hammond carcass, as well. Old pic, it's changed a bit, but you get the idea. The guitar neck is there for ergonomic fatigue-resistant wrist support. Quite comfy!
Have fun with it!

Just an update the speakers in this thing sound great. Ive got them In a sealed oversized 2x12 cab. I doped the surrunds helped a byit with headroom. I've been punishing them with my 100 watt super drive.
Its also filled with carbon films that all test pretty close within 5% . all the caps I have tested have been in tolerance they look real similar to the ajax molded caps except they're maroon .it has a lot of carbon comps that test reasonably close 10% or so. Oh and the Phillips ax7s that were in it are the hottest tubes I have in my collection.
I believe they are clevlends . and they do sound sweet and have a surprising bit of headroom for smallish alnicos . of course im not running the hundred watter full out.I'd say they are similar to p12q's maybe a little better sounding.
