Is the end seal on the + end glass or rubber? If it's glass, I would suspect it's tantalum. They usually have an extra fat terminal exiting the insulation with a smaller lead attached.

I'm no expert but it looks like an old Kemet brand cap to me.

end seal is glass.
ok, it's a tantalum cap!! I found this on Ebay:

may be useful in guitar amps? I have a LOT of these caps.

You can use them as cathode capacitors in preamp stages.
Maybe not my favourite choice, but they will work.

Yes , there is a + marked , you can see in the second photo.
