Found bad solder joint at speaker causing

I think he means the OT is screaming, probably due to a shorted output. Check for shorts at the speaker jacks, not uncommon on Weber builds. Don't play the amp long or with the gain turned up until this is fixed. Damage to the OT could result.

I think you are hearing the transformer vibrate.

Check out the output transformer connections and output jacks.

Do you have the primary center tap connected to B+?
