I guess I'm going to have to, that's the most common request. I'll do the next sheet in 0.08. Please tell me what size you have in mind. once the shop shears it up, that's that, the size is locked in and there's no changing it until the next batch gets done.
.
so far I have: 17 x 6.5 x 2.5, 19 x 6.5 x 2.5, 27 x 6.5 x 2.5, and someone asked for 3 x 8 x 20.

I bend my chassis with .092 alum the grade dont really matter, these two i just bent and milled today the longer one is 20 x 7 1/4 x 2 1/2, im waiting on some 3/4 x 2 1/2 alum bar stock and am gonna machine some blockends :D the shorter on is 17 x 7 x 2 1/2, I bent the endcaps and bolted them in, I can't find a source for alum with protective film and it sucks cause i always scratch the shit out of my chassis, The .062 alum is to filmsy for anything wider than 6 1/2 inchs it bends nicely though, I mill a 1/8 scribe down the line where i fold and machine off about .030 from the .092 stoke then it bends like butter. If you find a good IEC punch i'd love to hear about it thats something that would make my life alot easier mark

I saw somewhere in the last few days a post about a "new" (to me) chassis builder who builds aluminum chassis. I neglected to bookmark the site. Does anyone have any info on current chassis makers? Thanks
That somebody is probably me. Since Brian indicated he wasn't going to rebuild any time soon (and may never rebuild) and there seemed to be a need, I have invested a lot of time and money into attempting to replace him. I have four sizes available with or without IEC sockets (allows use of a computer power cord), and hope to soon be able to offer custom sizes. The equipment is expensive and I do not want to borrow money.
I also have a vertical mill (manual, not CNC yet), so I can do rectangular cutouts for lay-down transformers, rocker switches, etc.

Just had a look at your site, why no international shipping?

menger66 your chassis look good to me.

Regarding those IEC punches I wonder how large that larger rectangle backer piece is? Will it fit inside a 2" chassis?

I meant to change that. My web guy flaked out on me, made repeated promises to come over and help for three weeks. I finally told him to get lost and that I'd get someone else. He made a lot of promises and no delivery. So, I can't really do anything on the website just yet, I apologize for that. Bonanza is better than FEEbay but if you are uncomfortable with Bonanza, Feebay is it for now, unfortunately. I'm more than happy to work with any of you directly outside of FEEbay.
Anyway, regarding international shipping, I think by the time you see the cost of the item including shipping you'll clutch your chest. BUT, if you still want it in spite of the cost (and the slooowwww delivery time). I'll send one overseas.
