Dave, I need to compare more but since my head cab is not very tall I had the large pan sitting next to the amp and I got way more reverb withe larger pan and a very subtle reverb with the short pan no booming or washed out reverb with short pan.

Many would probably prefer the 17" and then select your choice of medimum or long decay.

Cool, thanks Mark! I have a pile of long tanks here, maybe a medium tank too. This amp is on my to-build list.

Here's a clip of one of mine.

I add PAB to most of the ones I build now, the "Dirty Mayor"! Muhaha

I always liked this clip too. This is the first one I did, before it even had a shell built

These amps are all about the reverb! Great big clean tones, really nice open amp.

Here's one I just built last month with a Bassman 100 OT. This has a foot switch to control the PAB

I'll hook you guys up with a voltage chart, it's nothing out of the ordinary..

Do you make your own chassis?

Thanks for the input gentlemen!

I would love to see the voltage chart Taylor if you can find a moment. I am toying with the idea of doing a stand alone pre-amp version and that information would be helpful for my power supply design. Very nice sounding demos BTW!

Thanks as always,
Dave O.

Nice Taylor I'm going to salvage parts off another one of my builds that sucks dog shit and start on a custom 50w 2Rock style amp. I decided a while back I want the OD incorporated and apparently you do to.

Yeah I'm doing a 22w Mayer clean into 70s/2nd gen overdrive right now. I'm thinking it should be pretty sweet. Might lose a little of the huge reverb without the mixer tube, but I might just juice up the reverb return gain a little, that's worked for me in the past.

The gold one was sweet, but this one is my favorite.
