Newbie Questions About Newly Aquired Amp...

Hi Everyone,
I just picked up this little amp locally for the purpose getting some hands-on experience/experimenting with amps before I jump in to a full build...it was cheap enough so I won't puke if I destroy something.
It's a point-to-point amp, and being a greenhorn in this field, there are a couple of things that I can't seem to figure out by reading my books and searching the internet, so I'm hoping to get schooled here...

1. There is a .0047 cap and a 15K 10w resistor in series joining the plates of the pair of 6V6's...what is the purpose of this?

2. There is a 470k 1/2 watt resistor going from ground to the junction of the choke output and B+ going to the OT center tap...again, what is it's purpose?

hey buddy! #2 is a bleeder resistor to drain the PS filters when your not using it, safety feachah ayuh

That's a "zobel network" or conjunctive filter. Basically used to tame harsh treble. Good thread about 'em here: https://tubeamparchive.com/viewtopic.php?p=65631
