Hi there, if you put your location in your profile it is easier to give specific help.

As for cabs, that is a combo cab and it was built by me from 18mm Baltic Birch ply. I learned to build them as cabs can be expensive to buy. I discovered it is not cheap building them either.
It is covered in black suede and diamond cloth from Taylor at Amplified Nation on here.

Unfortunately probably NOTHING connected with D style amps can be seen as cheap whether in terms of money, time and effort.
