Now that you mention it . . . sure does!

Didn't see anything in the HAD buyer's contract that asked for a sign-off on liabilities, just "nobody looks inside, or else". But that was early 90's. May have changed since then. ( And lots of people have looked inside and reverse-engineered as evidenced by this website, Ceria copies, schemos published elsewhere on the web, etc etc. Anybody that has anything special has to expect snooping & copying. It's the way of the world. )

Wonder if he's refused any customers in spite of agreeing to terms of the contract. All I remember is a clause that said more or less "If you call me up and make a pest of yourself, you get nothing and I keep the money."
