Valves description list and equivalents

Post by badoumba »

Hi experts!

Is there any link listing all common valves with power, dissipation.... and equivalents US/EUR? For instance, I am looking for the EU equivalent of a 6JN6.

Thanks in advance.

6jn6 is horiz sweep tube usually.

Take a look at David Berning's EA230, the schematic is on his web page.

6JN6 are inexpensive here, a few $ each. Most are sylvania, no matter how thdy are marked.

The TDSL program is a great piece of software.

You can get tube data sheets for just about any tube as well as different brand tubes of the same designation.
