zener diode

Hey everyone,

i'm needing to replace a zener diode on my vvr3 after burning the mosfet due to an over bias issue. Can anyone tell me which diode this is on the board? Does anyone know the specs on this diode?

Usually a 12v 1w zener 1n4742.
