A lot of talented young people have amazing technical chops, but lack a groovy or even regular sense of rhythm.

I think Jess Lewis has both. But her precise intonation on string bends is freakish:

Jessica Lewis very good , like to see more originality from her but she is technically very good.

Jess Lewis is very talented indeed. Luna is out of this world. Young people these days are so amazing. Here's is a kid from my daughter's school. This lad is 15 right now. Check it out.

Yeah that little wing is cool, as far as technique those hawaiian-style picking hand harmonics at around 58 second in, I've been working on those for years on lap steel and still can't do them that well...
