Sorry Kassie. While I respect your view, I suspect you will wait quite some time before Nik shows up and "defends himself". If he does show, it would only be to make silly little posts or funny comments and make light of the whole situation.
How do you know that? Have you spoken to him? Do you know him? Or are you just judging him? What would the forum need from him, other then what you can ask him yourself via his site/mail?

Yeah, well I wouldn't want to put my head in a Snakepit either... he doesn't have to take part in his own abuse... furthermore internet is open source... that's the beauty, but it doesn't seem to rhyme often with business motives...

The point is many of us gave back, Nik never did. As far as royalties, if I deduct my lawyer fees from his royalties, he might owe me...lol. Perhaps he should pay Fender first...no wait, what ?
Plenty of others? So why are you so upset if Nick is doing it as well? Do all of the other builders (Two Rock, Bludotone etc), attribute stuff here on the forum? You are mad at them as well? I don't have any problem with people building/copying amps... I got a problem when there are double standards involved. I would say you had a point if Nick stole original ideas from someone on the Ampgarage... so above any HAD should be mad at him...

No fight intended. Listen, I don't really care if people choose to hate a certain individual to suit their own needs. Hundreds of people come at this forum and take whatever info they can get, I don't see you hating on any of them. But as soon as it's a foreign guy and he has a succesfull business he becomes a real dick. It doesn't look neat at all to go badmouthing fellow collegues in the industry... that sorta thing is counterproductive for consumer goodwill.

Now let's settle that Nik is a freerider, and his ride was easier because the road was allready layed out for him by early frontiers... but stolen from the Indians the road was none the less...

Please just go away...

Ceriatone's forum is over there...
Please understand that IMO an answer to this question is of no practical relevance at all. - Max

I'm too lazy right now. Anyone want to help dig up Nik's username so we can post the total of his posts?

This forum is for guys that build for themselves and there friends...... not for bypassing R&D for your new amp Co. and have everybody here do it for you.
If you are going to go after Andy...you picked the wrong guy he does not just copy....look at his amps...its not a layout from here(like alot of amp Co) He thinks for himself and does his own thing with influence and inspiration from here...but does not just take.

Why should someone make a new amp go through all the R&D just to have this DICKHEAD Nick take it and sell it for cheep...this does not ...in the long run....help the amp business
.. also...Why would you buy an amp from a guy that can't design and make his own amp?

Good idea, remove every shread of credibility you might have had on this subject. Thank you for informing us all about the location of your head.

I heard just the opposite and Nik's actions confirm that he is the victim of an angry inch.

Please lock this.
I think all of us, or mostly all of us, are sick of this debate.
It's pointless. Let's build amps.
