Done! My fingers are too stiff to know.
It sounds like the Devil tweaked an 800 series Marshall.

I can't wait to get it in the cowboy headbox I'm making for it. Chicks dig cowboy stuff.
Yeehaw!

You will need to build an internet interface for it... so you can play it from the next town over.Reeltarded wrote:1986. Next up is a '69 Major, says it wants to be a 140wt Express.

Re: Bruisemaker in progress
This is nutty. I have a constant buzz in the output that is a lil bit of a nightmare. It's a very ganky amp.
Per Tom's instructions, I filled that other end of the board.

Define ganky? In 80's urban teen, gank v. meant to rip someone or something off.Reeltarded wrote:This is nutty. I have a constant buzz in the output that is a lil bit of a nightmare. It's a very ganky amp.

How'd you ground your speaker jack? The common for the OT can go to the jack and a single ground lead would be returned to phase inverter cap ground (per Larry grounding...if you're using a distributed star ground with the chassis as the bus).
How about a noisy pickup? Buzz in equals buzz out. Noisy AC mains?

See the black wire under everything? B+ to tube 4.

I bussed power across town. I raised it above everything and it doesn't zizz until about 50% output now. Just another thing to clean up when I go back in. It's pretty quiet with preamp up, considering. lol
I think I need to respec the HT fuse to .75w. Pops when disengaging stby occasionally but no problem across that clothesline. Yay!

You didn't say if you're using a slo-blo type for the HT fuse. But if you are not, it should be slo-blo.Reeltarded wrote:See the black wire under everything? B+ to tube 4.
