Horizontal Guitar Hangers?

Hay Guys. I am looking for recommendations for a wall hanger for a Les Paul or Tele. The guitar needs to sit horizontally or there abouts.

I have looked at a couple on the web and I like the Woodies. They are relatively hidden and harder to see. I don't like the ones that have the metal hooks that stick out although they seem to look a bit more secure.

Anyone used the woodies hanger? is it secure? Any other suggestions? Gotta be a horizontal hanger!

How about hanging it from the strap?

2 peg hooks to put the strap over and a felt pad on the wall so it doesn't scratch.

Do you get earthquakes at all where you live?

I have heard that the horizontal hangers may not hold during a quake.

I like the string swings, haven't had any problems using them.

I'm in Joisey! No earthquakes! There are a few options I am looking at. i was hoping someone who has used one (or a few) of them could chime in.

You could make that from a set of strap locks and a piece of angle iron.
