Thanx again for all your good wishes. I know from reading this section that quite a few of us older guys have had health issues that interfere with the Prime Directive ie building amps.

BTW one of my local musical pals, Chuck Berry (yes that's his real name) has ordered a Sabego SSS, which is another John Mayer 002 model, and one of their ODSs. He'll have both in about 8 weeks. Naturally I have a front row ticket. Chuck seems to change amps once or twice a year, the eternal quest.......! While he is ampless till then, I'm going to loan him a couple of my amps to keep him in shape.

At 49 I consider it my last year of screwing with my body (beer and cigars are my follies) before I get back into my first love...long distance bicycle riding.

But then I hear of these cigar makers who swear by their all natural products and dying in their 90's.
Hmmmm.
