Here is a layout.

The correct way to implement that on a D'lite is to have the jumper wires go to the PAB relay.

So when PAB is off, the bass pot is jumpered and when PAB is on, the jumper is broken.

Use the normally closed relay contacts on the PAB relay that are not being used.
