Hi! My name is Ritchie Demonick. I have devoted 10 years of my life playing electric guitar. The quality requirements for sound is still growing for me and I undestood that well-known manufacturers of guitar amplifiers dont provide the sound quality I were archieving. Seems to me it's external stationary mic plugged into the camera, it doesn't do much to help the sound. Sounds like it's been recorded with cameras default 12 bit audio resolution + compression. Did this a couple times myself with rather unsatisfactory results.
Name looks made up, not a trace of Latvian origin in it.

As to the tone, its kinda bluesy for a stand alone jam, but I don't know how that crunch setting would hold up in a blues club jam night when everything is dimed - that tone isn't clean enough for that methinks

Could be the recording medium, but I agree with Tubewell. The OD has the smoothness of a Dumble, but too much distortion,...and the chords are very over-driven.
