Chrome Faceplate???

Anybody know where I can get a chrome or something like a deluxe faceplate.It can just be a pc. of metal 2.5 x14 inches and Ill have it engraved.
I need to make a faceplate for a friend and he wants a shiney chrome like finish and chrome nobs..Thanks Guys ,mike

All kinds of sheet metal over at McMaster Carr. You will have to cut it down from the nearest stock size. Make several!

Buy leaded sheet brass. Do not buy half-hard brass.

Leaded cuts and engraves really well, and will take a high polish for plating. Nickel first, then chrome.

Ask you engraver what he likes before you buy anything though.

Damn, I just looked again, the chrome is on the back for better electrical contact.

Got a 12 x24 sheet from M&Carr. Very heavy but one side is like a mirror.
Looks cool.Just got to get it cut up its about 1/8 + Thick ,Thanks Guys,Mikey
