73 super lead polarity switch Help
Hello, I was recapping my marshall when I moved a switch to be able to loosen a nut holding a filter cap. In the process of placing the switch back I noticed a wire that looks like it broke off from somewhere but I can tell. Take a look at the picture.....the wire in question is going thru the bottom of the polarity switch, sticks out about a inch from there and the yellow wire attached go's to the top of the power switch. Was that extra length of wire coming bottom of the polarity switch with the yellow wire going to the top of the power switch attached also someplace also. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Why do you need a polarity switch?
Bypass it and ground it correctly.

Yes, bypass it before someone gets bit.
Ouch, and stuff.

I figured it out....the person who was in the amp before me rewired the switch but left a one inch bare wire exposed hanging from the AC switch to the polarity switch. You guys are right, not a fan of the polarity switch either.
