How about this type?
What kind of hole do you need for this?  Square?
I suppose you would drill a round hole then file it square?

I think the correct term for these types of fasteners is a "captured nut" or "captive nut".
Here are a couple more different types.

Those the extruded U-nuts  touch the shielding plate themselves. They are conductive, and touching the chassis, so same diff, I figured.
The last one Structo posted seems ideal because it doesn't require a square hole or extra hardware for mounting like the others, and it can sit flush. The only problem I see it that there's no 'play', and your chassis/head cab holes would have to pretty dead-on.
