Yes, I'm measuring AC and no there ain't no shorts since I redone and
tested everything prior to the PT. Bad news but that's ok...

I guess a BF Bassman PT is in order, right? Any suggestions?

You can use a Bassman PT for a 50 watt Dumble, but a 100 Watt Dumble will need a Twin Reverb PT.
