Magic Parts TF-130

[Blues Hound]

I recently picked up a Magic Parts TF-130 off of eBay came without a schematic, on the primary side it has three wires, Black, White and Ornage.

Did a continuity check and it does not seem to be connected to the 120 VAC leads, any ideas what it could be for?

Black and white are the primaries, orange is shield? That's my guess...

Primary:

BLK, WHT 117V
ORN shield (should be connected to the chassis)

Secondary:

RED, RED 420V
RED/YEL CT
RED/BLU 60V bias tap
GRN, GRN 6V3
