Silvertone amp with a 6K6

I have an old silvertone amp.I got an isolation transformer and de-death capped it.Wanted to take it a little further and put a little more output to it so I threw in an octal socket and am trying one of my 6K6.I only have 110 plate volts to work with but the data sheet has specs for 100 volts so Im sure I could get it to work if I had some help with the cathode bias and grid resistor.Every schematic I see has around a 470R cathode resistor and around a 220k grid resistor.The problem is distortion which I guessed was biased wrong but I just cant figure it out.Or could it be this thing isnt gonna work with such low plate V?

forgot to mention its basically a 5F1 champ with the 6k6 and low V
