Wiring 2 button channel switch w/ LED in a TRS jack?

anyone have a layout for such a thing? all I can find are 5 pins.

Actaully the one Tom posted won't do the trick, no LEDs.

I put the LEDs in series with that arrangement but I can't remember the value of resistor I ended up with. The key is to drop enough voltage so the LED doesn't burn out (happened to me at a gig so the foot switch stopped working) but still allows enough voltage to the relay. Seems to me it might be a 470ohm.

Oops, right you are Bob.
I had used the way I show before adding the LED's.

Analog, you are better off installing the DIN because then you can run a separate B+ for the LED's.
Otherwise you run the risk of what happened to Bob.

Even with only two footswitches, it is still a better way.
