What type of trimmer would you suggest?

What would be a good trimmer value to start experimenting with?

I would use a 100K trimmer with a 220K feeding it.

Like a standard 50w non-HRM schematic?

The EF86 tube (EF806, actually) that I'm using has a MU of around 5000... Is that a problem that can be tamed with the aforementioned trimmer?

Thanks.

Rob
